No fewer than 300 Scouts and Scouts Leaders have taken Scouting to another level, while celebrating the Opening of their Scouts Headquarters at Borno State Scout Council and Introductions of Messengers of Peace Program to the Top Dignitaries of the Borno State, Maiduguri precisely being the Capital City of Borno State. The Messengers of Peace Projects was taken to the Palace of His Royal Majesty The Shehu of Borno, in whose palace the Scouts organized the Inspection parades and decorations of members of the Palace as MoP members. Kudos to the State Scout Commissioner of Borno State, Alhaji Saidu Daura and his State Scout Council members for putting the program together. What do we say? We say Yisaka Yisaka Yisaka to the Borno State Scouts Council.
