Asia Pacific Messengers of Peace Conference Day 4
The Day 4 on 27th June 2021 was started with the welcome by the Day In – Charge Lisa Kim Yobinnara from Korea Scout Association and introduction of both the MCs for the 4th day of the APR MoP Conference Ms. Nemindi Ranithra from Sri Lanka Scout Association & Mr. Benhur Mario Myrthong from the Bharat Scouts and Guides. Ms. Nemindi repeated the agendas for the day in front of all the participants. For the Peace Activity Mr. Benhur invites Mr. Bernando de Leon and he shows how to make a paper crane through a video and invites all the participants to do that. Mr. Madhusudan Avala was invited by Ms. Nemindi for the briefing about the breakout groups. After this all the participants were moved to the break out rooms for the discussion about Planning of the Messengers of Peace program for the next 10 years. Through the Padlet the resource persons interact and different ideas was shared by the participants. After the Breakout room session the success stories were shared by the rest NSOs Urio National, Australia & Pakistan. After this segment Ms. Kate Aranzamendez presents the break out group summery. The briefing about the recommendations was presented by Mr. Dev Raj Ghimire. Total 9 recommendation were adopted by the committee for and propose to sent it to the APR. Day In – Charge Ms. Lisa Kim Yobinnara wrap up the session by thanking all. Mr. Ram Prasad Bhattarai, MoP Conference Project Head, Welcome the participants and the guests to the closing ceremony. The 4 days APR MoP Conference Summery was presented by Ms. Vinney from Indonesia. Special announcement in the conference was given by Mr. JR C. Pangilinan, Regional Director WOSM, APR. Surprize Announcement by introducing the 10th year Anniversary celebration MoP badge. Ms. Rinku Tomar from BSG India & Mr. Yeasen Emon from Bangladesh Scout, share their experience regarding their MoP activity on their area and the Conference remarks as a participants. The Closing remarks was given by Mr Ahmad Rusdi, Chairman APR Scout Committee. Vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. S. Prassanna, Director Organizational Development and Messenger of Peace.
