THE AKWA IBOM STATE SCOUT COUNCIL PAYS CONDOLENCE VISIT TO THE FAMILY OF LATE SUPOL ROBERT JOSEPH UMOH RTD. Members of the Akwa Ibom state scout council Led by the Hon. Secretary Elder Samuel N. Essiet paid a condolence visit to the family the Assistant State scout commissioner Late Supol Robert Joseph Umoh Rtd. The state expressed their sadness over the demise of the ASSC judging from his numerous contributions to the development of the scouting in the state in particular and Nation at large.
