This was an intense 3 day (27 - 30 May 2018) course to equip the participants with knowledge and skills on Leadership, develop the competencies of the participants in Project Planning, prepare the participants to become better communicators and enhance the achievement of results through better collaborations and team dynamics. It took place in Malawi, Lilongwe. It was such knowledge packed 3 day and participants appreciated the dynamics of leadership, Project planning and communication in new perspective. They managed to create personal project and team project to fulfill back in their communities.
