The 26th Cabanatuan City Council Jamboree was held with the theme "Sustaining Growth," and Scouts that participated were taught certain life skills, such as safety, taking care of weaponry and building a shelter. Scouts were also encouraged to mingle and make friends with Scouts from other Outfits and Sub-camps, and Scouts were expected to maintain hygiene and good health throughout the Jamboree.
