On 22 April 2024, an in-person meeting was held for the Regional Decision Committee members, composed of Mr. J. Rizal C. Pangilinan, Mr. Paul Parkinson, and Mr. Yung Chin-Yang, at The Montien Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. The meeting covered updates on the successes and challenges in grants management over the past years, providing an overview of approved funded projects and those visited for monitoring and evaluation in the Asia-Pacific Region. Additionally, the committee members were informed about the new structure of Business Development and Resource Mobilization, including the updated Business Development strategy and the grants management process and workflow, as well as the newly developed forms in Fluxx. Finally, the members reviewed their roles and responsibilities within the committee.
