Brothers & Sisters Scouts National Executive Committee members, this communication is to officially invite you to the 2015 National Executive Committee Workshop and Leaders Retreat in Kano City of North-West Nigeria. The dates scheduled for the programs are 22nd to 25th of October 2015. Please see the attachment for details of the programs. What is the expectation at the Workshop? To deploy the Strategic Priorities for the World Organization of Scout Movement (WOSM) and the Africa Region Focus for Nigeria NSO policy take off. All the National Executive Committee members are expected to be part as apologies will not be accepted on behalf of any member. Consequently to this meeting, the NSO Steering Committee meeting is scheduled to hold on the 25th to 27th of September 2015 at Oba Aken'zua International Scout Camp Benin City. The meeting is expected to host The Chief Commissioner and All his Assistance Chief Commissioners (HODs/Zonal Heads). Pleae note that attendance is mandatory to all the ACCs as separate meeting will be held with all the SSCs at a date to be announced after the Kano meeting. Please document the two dates in your calendar, namely: 22nd to 25th of October 2015 for the National Executive Committee Workshop/Meeting at Kano City and the Steering Committee meeting of the CC and ACCs at 25th to 27th of September 2015 at Benin City Nigeria.
