The 15th Leadership Training for Scouts was held at the National Scouts Center, Paro from 19th August - 2nd September, 2022. Young scouts all over from Bhutan came together after careful selection from their respective districts to gain skills and showcase their talents. Various programs and sessions were conducted to keep us engaged, the most memorable ones being the usage of AK47 and rafting. On 30th August, we set on a hike to Paro Taktsang and were thankful for the experience with fellow members. The hike not only helped us build interpersonal relationships, communication skills and teammate ship, but also reminded us of our pristine heritage. After almost 2 weeks of vigorous training, we finally departed on the morning of 3rd of September, 2022 with beautiful memories and life core lessons. The training was truly an eye opening one and I personally am thankful for the opportunity.
