Zambarau Interview #17 - Girl Scout from the United States of America!
Sadly, due to stereotypes people often believe that there are no Girl Scouts in the United States – and if they look at the boy Scouts of America organisation, then they would be correct (although the Venturer Scout program is co-ed). Yet, the Girl Scouts of the United States of America (GSUSA) does exist, with over two million girls who participate weekly in a range of activities and programs. bluemeetsbleu (http://bluemeetsbleu.tumblr.com/) grew up as a Girl Scout going through the program and has this year started as a Scout Leader for her Troop.
