RCI-Rodriguez: SWA Voluntary Service - Fifteenth Service

On June 5, 2017, the 15th day of teaching held in Cottolengo Filipino was held. Never missing a day in their schedule, the Scouts and their Team Consultant have arrived at the place on 7:00 AM, surprised by every Boy Scout, welcoming them by helping them to prepare the needed visuals. Everyone was excited for the day's lesson, and so, they started hurrying up the preparation. As soon as they've fixed the visuals, activities, and the venue itself, they immediately started the Opening Ceremony at 8:00 AM to officially start their day. As the Opening Ceremony ended by 8:15 AM, the teacher for the day was assigned to teach about correct table manners, a part of the Tenderfoot Rank Advancement. It was a bit long, but the teacher for the day ensured that everyone would enjoy the day's lesson. She told them the "Do’s" and "Don’ts" they should follow while sitting on a dining table, when about to eat, and while eating. She called up some volunteers from Scouts who would want to show the Boy Scouts how to do each rule. They finished by 9:30 AM; after the lesson, they proceeded immediately to the first activity. Their first activity was to properly color a table setting using colors provided by the Scouts. They finished by 10:15 AM. find a folded paper and, when unfolded, they will demonstrate the rule given inside. Everyone demonstrated the rule in front, showing them that they could be good role models themselves! They finished by 11:15 AM, and it was time for their snack break. Washing their hands, praying, and then thanking were all parts of the lessons the Scouts have thought, and now they were applying it. And with this new lesson taught, they are now eating properly. As soon as they've finished, the Scouts fixed up, with the help of the Boy Scouts, and left after bidding farewells and grinning from cheek to cheek, hoping for the next day they would meet.
