PROGRAMME ON VIGILANCE AWARENESS At Asansol, On 01/11/13 Date:- 01/11/13 Place: - Asansol/E.Rly State, India Number of Participants:-100 Service hours:-24 hrs Corruption is something which gets its base deeply rooted whenever left unobserved. To get rid of its very core the need of an active vigilance is felt. Before the festive season it was the high time to drive an vigilance awareness. Thus, on the part of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Eastern Railway , Asansol, a strong and powerful vigilance awareness programme was taken over on the 1st November, 2013. A road Rally with posters and banners was led successfully from District Scout Den Traffic Colony to DRM office covering the entire Traffic Colony. None other but the Scout Rover and Rangers themselves trodden in the rally only to make people aware. A band party was attention of the general mass. However, with this social movement a tinge of cultural touch was fused to make the whole programme more enchanting and attractive. A very creative step was taken by our Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers by presenting a full drama on this topic at the of D.R.M. Asansol, the District Commissioner (Scout) and also the Sr.D.P.O are the chief guest in this programme. To eradicate evil and corruption and to catch hold of the evil doers we took a wholesome attempt and hopefully made it, to some extent successful.
