The Boy Scout of the Philippines (BSP), National Capital Region conducted a Regional Scout youth forum last February 20-21, 2014 at Dalandanan National Higschool, Valenzuela City. There were 49 participants which are all Senior Scouts. There were also some Scouters like Council Executive, Forum adviser, etc. in the opening and closing ceremony only.
