This Project helped the Bharat Scouts and Guides to focus on the Growth and increase the membership by implementation of the AIS policy and also supporting the Unit by training the Unit Leaders in Basic Courses which can help them to give a quality training to the young people and encourage other young people to join scouting
The Unit Leaders are trained with Basic Training Course of Cub, Scout and Rover Sections which until December have achieved 7,489 and out of these 5991 New unit leaders have opened new units with a minimum of 20 boys which is 119820 and 1498 unit leaders who are in the existing units to support the units. These Figures are Based on the New registrations on the online Membership Portal ( OYMS).
We can develop the concept and Initial Documents for the publicity of Scouting in the Country.
• The Revised AIS Policy is cascaded to the States and all 12 focused states were trained on the revised AIS policy and implementation is under process at the district levels, and other States were also trained with the AIS Policy and Implementation.
