The Asia Pacific Regional Course for Leader Trainers were held from 6 - 12 October 2018 at BP International Hotel, Mount Makiling, Laguna, Philippines. It was attended by 56 participants from 21 countries around Asia Pacific Region, Inter-america Region and Eurasia Region. I was one of the participant to this special Course for Leader Trainers (CLT) and managed to learn a lot from the team of Leader Trainers that was carefully selected by the Course Director, Rev. Dr. Leonides Son. The course includes multiple training methods, updates on WOSM policies, educational tour, international night, commitment campfire and disaster management where the participants were exposed to different Wood Badge training traditions of the Boy Scouts of Philippines as well as learning how to be a great Leader Trainer in the future.
