The 2014 All Nigeria National Scout Conference was held at Uyo the Transformed Capital City of Akwa Ibom State, South-South Nigeria, with Thirty States out of the Thirty-Six States + Federal Capital Territory in attendance. Four out of the Seven States that were absent at the Conference sent in their apologies. Plateau State due to the Bomb Blast that happened of recent, Cross Rivers, Kebbi Kwara and Sokoto State. Absent again were Oyo and Ekiti State. Outside these aforementioned States, all the other States were present. The program which was three-in-one played host to: 1. The National Scout Conference 2. The 2014 National Scouts Annual General Meeting 3. The 2nd National Executive Meeting. In attendance were; all the 30 States Scouts Commissioners or their representatives, Five additional Delegates and Observers from each State and members of the National Scout Council, ably led by the Chief Scout of Nigeria, Engr. Ahmadu Rufai Mohammed - MON, with the support of The Head of Administrations & Scouting Operations in Nigeria, the Chief Commissioner, Scout of Nigeria, Olori Omo-Oba, Olusoga Sofolahan-Atibioke (Leader Trainer, FSM, FCE)
