Bumthang District Scouts Assoication (DSA) is going to nominate and select 12 scouts currently studying in Grade 10. They will undergo an intensive 3 weeks training at Military Training Centre during the winter vacation, along with 113 others and will be termed 'Leadership Scouts'.
