As we know that “It is the virtue and not the birth that shape us, great action speak great minds and such should be governed”. Likewise Scouting is an approved type of character, training and a preparation for good citizenship desigines for the benefits of youth. Thus scouting means developing good minds and using our mind like mirror. Scouting neither follows ancient life style nor the westernized lifestyle of today. It is an inter mediate between the two.
