Sprespreading Eid Happiness-2025
The idea behind this initiative stemmed from a deep desire to bring joy and support to struggling families during Eid. Many underprivileged people in the Shahjanpur Railway area face difficulties in celebrating the occasion due to financial hardships. As a former Senior Patrol Leader of the BIAM Model School & College Scout Group, I have always believed in the power of service and community engagement. With the support of Raiyan Mollah, a member of Samatat Open Scout Group, we took the initiative to go beyond traditional relief distribution. Our goal was not just to provide essential goods but to share the spirit of Eid and make people feel valued and included in the celebrations.
This initiative was a profound learning experience for everyone involved. We realized the importance of teamwork, planning, and the impact of even small efforts in bringing smiles to those in need. The project reinforced the values of empathy, leadership, and community service that scouting teaches. Moreover, it showed us that sharing happiness is more than just providing material support—it’s about creating connections and uplifting spirits. Moving forward, we hope to continue such initiatives and inspire others to take similar actions in their communities.
We planned and executed the project with careful coordination. First, we identified the needy families in the Shahjanpur Railway area who required support. Next, we gathered necessary resources and organized four separate relief distributions to ensure that aid reached as many people as possible. Each relief package contained essential food items and Eid-related goods, allowing families to celebrate with dignity. Volunteers from both scout groups worked tirelessly to ensure smooth distribution, maintaining a respectful and joyful atmosphere. By engaging with the community, we emphasized that this was not just about giving relief but about spreading happiness and togetherness.
