"Goal 2030 : SDGs in focus"⚜️
Upon joining scouting, we learned about the Sustainable development Goals through the Rovers and Rangers. ⚜️We began working on these initiatives and felt that other students should also be aware of these programs. That is why we decided to organize a seminar in our school/college.
To raise awareness and involve everyone, we, the Rovers and Rangers, made efforts by organizing workshops at different times in the college. In one session, we explained the Sustainable Development goals and Scouting; in another, we used a presentation to illustrate the SDG initiatives.📊Our goal was for all young people to understand this work and play their part effectively.
Through this project, we explained several key goals to the youth, such as: 1) Understanding others’ feelings and providing help. 2) Promoting literacy among others. 3) Feeding the hungry. 4) Using our programs to develop our city and region.The aim was to guide young people toward the right path.
