The Global Scout Kitchen Jamboree is a unique project that brings together Scouts from all around the world to celebrate the diversity of culinary traditions and foster the values of teamwork, cooperation, and global friendship. It has a history of 3 consecutive events; 2020 Sri Lanka, 2021 USA & 2022 Trinidad and Tobago. Pakistan Boy Scouts Association has been honored to host this world-renowned Jamboree in 2023. It was a great opportunity for every scouting nation to showcase scouting and culture to the world. It was a 3 days full-length Virtual Jamboree, more than 10,000 scouts participated from 40 countries. There were several interactive Zoom sessions. All the SDGs were discussed in these sessions, and information was shared with participants. Several interesting Challenges were designed to involve participants. Furthermore, several mini-physical jamborees were organized by different Scout groups across Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Bhutan, Egypt, Latin American Countries, and many others. www.gskj2023.pbsa.pk, a website was developed to enroll participants.
