"Scout Carnival 2019" is the traditional years old arrangement of Crystal Open Scouts. It is an initiative to provide young Scouts an opportunity to practice world-citizenship, brotherhood, humanity, creativity, friendship and scouting through Pioneering, First-aid , General Knowledge, Hiking, Photo Exhibition, Guardians Meet and Colorful Camp Fire.
