We the bhutanese scouts had a meeting like a conference at Thimphu to discuss about the program or initiative that we are going to carry on for six months which is from 1st January till the end of June. I was sellected as a chairman mainly to initiate all the programs that we discussed to do during these period. I as a chairman took sole reponsibility to initiate all the programs which were done mainly to encourage youths to come up their ideas to bring positive change in the community and also to keep them engaged during the vaccation. Infect all the programs went smoothly and it was successful.
