Zero Hunger Project For Kampung Kasar

On September 24, 2019.

The school's scouts of 30 participants along with the Parents and Teachers Association of SK Seri Kasar organized an asyura porridge program in conjunction with the International Peace Month.

The program aims to reduce the poverty and hunger of Kampung Kasar residents to complement the Zero Hunger Sustanable Delevopment Goals (SDGs).

In addition, students are exposed to the spirit of cooperation, helpfulness and humility regardless of rank and position. Students and villagers distributed asyura porridge to almost all the villagers.

We are grateful and thankful to all the schools, MPKK and villagers involved and directly involved in the success of the program.

Support was also provided by the head teacher, Mrs. Nafisah Binti Abdullah and PIBG Deputy Mr Aziz Bin Hassan.
