From Service to Smiles: Rovers at an Orphanage

We were inspired by the Scout motto “Service to Others” and the need to support children in orphanages. Our aim was to spread happiness, share care, and create a sense of belonging through simple acts of kindness.

Rovers planned and visited the orphanage with self-funded gift kits. We interacted with children, distributed items, and spent quality time with them, creating a joyful and inclusive environment through teamwork and coordination.

This project taught us the true value of empathy, teamwork, and selfless service. We realized that even small efforts can bring big smiles and positive change in someone’s life. It also helped us improve our communication skills and understand the importance of emotional support along with material help.
