The day was long and unruly...the celebration that was held whole day left behind a debris of litters and without a fuss...about 50 scouts gathered around from Samtse Higher Secondary School under me and my colleague's command... We cleaned the ground off of the mess and we are thankful to our scouts for all the initiatives...
