Thousands of Scouts in Rwanda Scout Association attended JOTA JOTI 2019, actively in thier scout units and their respective districts.

This year event, Rwanda Scout Association had JOTA-JOTI National co-ordination which facilitated scouts online how to join different events and sessions in the Jamboree.
