The program was inaugurated by Dr. Muhammad Zahirul Islam, Secretary, Rajshahi District Rover. Rajshahi District Rover Scout Leader Tariqul Islam Ansari was in overall charge of this orientation Program. The orientation program was presented by RSL, SM Mustafizur Rahman. Rajshahi District Rover Commissioner Prof. Dr. Md. Elias Uddin was present in this program. Md. Helal Uddin, Rover Scout Leader of Rajshahi University Rover Scout Group conducted a session in this orientation program. About 44 Rover, Girls in Rover and Rover Scout Leaders from different units of Rajshahi District Rover participated in the program. The Plastic Tight Turner Challenge program is being conducted by the Social Services and Health Department of Bangladesh Scouts. Md. Golam Mostafa, Country Director, Plastic Tide Turner Challenge Badge and Director of Department of Social Services and Health, Bangladesh Scouts has given a valuable speech about the orientation Program on Plastic Tide Turner Challenge Badge. This program was conducted by online Zoom Apps.
