Marathon Duty
This is a cross-country race, so I volunteer to contribute to make this race go smoothly.
At 6:30 in the afternoon, the Scouts from our school and other schools gathered in the main hall of the Penang Scout Headquarters. Then, the Scout chief explained to all the school people the duties that were responsible for that night, and assigned the responsibility to each school. After the assignment, the Scouts enjoyed dinner together. At 8 o'clock in the evening, everyone took a bus to various assembly locations for service. After finishing our job, we took a big picture and went home.
All Scouts will learn a lot about leadership skills after going through this marathon on duty.
I learned how to be a good leader, how to communicate with strangers and how to allocate work to complete this duty together.
