This Project rides on Scouting’s mission and values to provide a fun twist to the delivery of Youth Programme activities through a series of workshops on the Better World Framework initiatives. The workshop aims to create learning opportunities for the young Scouts to enable them continue with their education and empowerment in a non-formal way. A total of 275 Scouts and Scout Leaders are targeted to benefit from the workshop and pave way for the integration of the Better World Framework programmes into the Gambia Scouts NSO Youth Programme with the objective of substantially increasing the number of youths with relevant skills and competencies that enable them to actively participate in the decision making in community development for a sustainable future, sustainable lifestyles, gender equality, promote peaceful and inclusive societies and appreciation of cultural diversity in finding inclusive solutions to the challenges faced by communities today.
