The 1st Daku Troop helped the community in the cleaning of the main water source(Well) of Daku community. The School ( Daku Primary) and few households benefited from the water supply. Students learnt to serve as well as become responsible citizen of the country. They had peace within by assisting the school and the community with this project. Students were explained thoroughly on the significance of the activities and the benefit from it. Three patrols were given separate sections to do the cleaning. This also helped them to learn the outdoor skills in scouting.Thanks and appreciation is conveyed to the Head Teacher of Daku Primary School for allowing the troop and the Troop Leader, Bro. Ashnil to involve the boys in such an important and outstanding task.
