On 15th October 2014, Sr. Education Officer addressed the NGC teachers on the importance of wildlife conservation in schools. Two sessions were conducted and about 100 teachers participated. On 16th October 2014, Sr. Education Officer delivered speech on wildlife and their importance to the nature club members of TI matriculation school. After the talk he screened the movie on wildlife at home. On 29th October 2014, Sr. Education Officer arranged field visit to TI Matriculation School NCI members to Adyar poonga, RA Puram. A total of 60 students and two teachers have attended the programme. Students were learned about coastal wetland and their importance and also about various plants species and their medical values.
