The 240 scouts with 23 scout leaders from different schools under samtse dzongkhag has visited the ICE beverages on 31st August, 2017. The very reason for visiting is to know how the industry works and to gain exposure. Many of the scouts are from far flung remote villages and it was first time visit to such a big factory. Many scouts shared the happiness of visiting the factory and promised to visit next time with families and friends. The senior managers and other employees warmly welcomed our scouts and they were happy to show and demonstrate how the company works. It helps our scouts to understand different processes, see different machines and learn best practices. It gives good oppurtunity to interact with workers/managers and understand their industry.
