In achieving ghw number one priority of scouting that is the youth engagement, scouting should give young peoples the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge, empowering them to take an active part in the movement and in their communities. So their involvement, recognition and intergenerational exchange are key in providing a Framework for our youths. The BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES HIMACHAL PRADESH organised the state level youth forum for the young rovers and rangers to show their involvement and to empower them to be the future leaders. 2Rovers and 2 Rangers of R/R unit govt pg college seema took part in the state level youth forum held at the STC Rewalsar Mandi and shows their active participation.
