in line with the triennial plan of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines the Better World Framework was included as module to the 15th Lipa City Council Scout Jamboree, it includes MoP (messengers of peace), WSEP (World Scout Environment Programme) SWA (Scouts of the World Award). this is to further nourish the understanding of Scouts about Peace Education, Environment Education and Development Education within the council and will serve also a learning flat form for new generation of Scouts.
