Nadi Town Council had organised Girmit Centennial year celebrations at Prince Charles Park. Votualevu Public School participated in the celebrations. 30 students and 3 teachers accompanied the students. The theme for the celebrations was "The Girmit Era". I had prepared the students in their costumes. Students were really excited for the celebrations, they marched in town. The smiles of students prove that they were really happy and had peace at heart.
