The Boy Scouts of the Philippines launched its First World Scout Environment Education Course. 60 participants from different parts of the country gathered at PSC ~APR Los Banos Laguna to discuss, analyze, and how to implement programs under the Better World Framework. It was a fruitful experience for everyone and we hope the learning expenence will cascade down to theor respectuve Councils.
