Being in prison doesn't need to be the end of life,hope and human values,for that reason we took a step to recruit the inmates in soroti main prisons into scouting,with a clear reason of using scouting skills to prepare them to feet society once their out of prisons,we also know their people in these prison for a lifetime or very many years we had them recruited to give them skills in business skills so that they can even make money while in prison, so that they can support their families financially even while living in prison,for we are starting our the introductory training on Saturday 21st day of September,on the 14th day of September we decided to hold a football match inside the prisons.
