Spreading Warmth through the Wall of Humanity
This winter, while we wrap ourselves in warmth, many around us shiver under the open sky. They have no blankets, no jackets — and no means to afford them. The Wall of Humanity is a chance to change that. Donate what you can — a sweater, a scarf, a piece of kindness. Your small gesture could be someone’s only source of warmth. Stand with the poor. Share the warmth. Be the reason someone smiles this winter.
On November 10–11, 2024, the Rover Scout Group of Bogura Polytechnic Institute organized a ‘Wall of Humanity’ program at Colony, Bogura Sadar. With the active participation of 35 enthusiastic scouts, we collected winter clothes and daily essentials to support the underprivileged. This initiative aimed to bring warmth, care, and a message of kindness to those in need during the cold season.
Winter is the toughest season for homeless children, whose lives are full of hardship and uncertainty. It is our collective duty to support them with compassion and dedication. By standing together and aligning our efforts with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we can create a future where no child is left out in the cold.
