#MoPph Roberto Castor Rover Scouts / Circle 11 is a registered Community Organization in Quezon City Council Boy Scout of the Phlippines RCRS Participated at Yearly BRIGADA ESKWELA 2016 which is to clean up and prepare all school facilities before the start of the school days. RCRS spend 5 days of cleaning 2 different High School. Rover Scout bravely Clean every areas that being assigned to them by the school officials. We have a goal to make sure that in the first day of the school year the school facilities are READY TO USE for the students. With honor Rover scout of Circle 11 keep on inspiring those Cummunity Groups, Parents,Teacher and Students who also participated at the said event. The cummunity see how scouting affects and trained the Rover Scouts because they see our heart that MOTIVATED TO DO OUR PART FOR THE COMMUNITY. TOGETHER WE SERVE CIRCLE 11
