Hygiene is Dignity-2025
Good hygiene is essential for health and dignity, especially in public food zones. We aimed to raise awareness about personal hygiene and its role in preventing disease and promoting respect for self and others.
As the Former Senior Patrol Leader of BIAM Model School & College Scout Group, I led this campaign with the support of Patrol Leaders Md. Mir Ashraful and Rafiqul Islam Uday, and rover Md. Raiyan Mollah from Samatat Open Scout Group. We visited food carts in New Eskaton, where we distributed hygiene awareness leaflets and soaps to encourage handwashing and cleanliness.
This project taught us how basic hygiene tools like soap, combined with awareness, can impact public health. We also enhanced our skills in community service, teamwork, and public engagement.
