Operation clean sweep: Scouts in action.
Islam emphasizes cleanliness as part of faith. Keeping a mosque clean reflects respect for a sacred place of worship and aligns with the teachings of maintaining physical and spiritual purify. Keeping the mosque clean is a way to show gratitude for the space that provides spiritual fulfillment, creating a welcoming and peaceful environment.
We arrived at the place early morning. After some plaing and gathering the cleaning equipments. We started our cleaning process. We divided our selfes into some group to exicute the process with more efficiently. We worked almost 6 hour for the cleaning process to be done.
The mosque cleaning project teaches scouts teamwork, responsibility, and leadership while fostering humility and a sense of community service. It deepens respect for sacred spaces and instills environmental stewardship, encouraging care for both places of worship and the environment. Through this experience, scouts strengthen their community connections and develop essential life skills.
