The Department of Youth and Sports organised a Youth Festival basically to call up all the volunteer groups that are there in Bhutan. The volunteer groups shared their challenges and strategies to mitigate the obstacles they face while serving the needs to the needy ones .9 volunteer groups were engaged among which Community Based Scout was also involved.
