Happy Kids School Scout Group continues with its annual MoP Christmas Project “You are not alone”. This year the project aimed at officially ending the celebration of #Cub100 by visiting patients of the Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital in Accra, Ghana. There was carols played on the organ by a Scout leader to bring them the joy of Christmas. The walls were given an uplift with Christmas decorations. Stories from books were read to them. Finally, gifts that included books, toys, snacks, beverages, biscuits, Christmas hats etc donated by parents of Cub Scouts, Scout leaders and friends of the Group were presented to patients. The Scout group has adopted the ward whilst the management of the hospital has agreed to be a partner to the group by sending medical staff as resource persons periodically during health education. An exciting final #cub 100 celebration with sick children who were equally excited .
