On 26 June 2018, we have our first meeting for our SWA project in HQ of Scout Association of Malaysia. Our main target of this project is to collect 500,000 bottle caps to build a Walk Side. We discussed some of the tasks for our project. The tasks are road tour for public, road tour for Scout, school campaign, media social, corporate communication, university campaign, street cleaning and beach cleaning. Other than the task, there is some main point we focus on the SWA project, which are: 1. Site Visit of the project location 2. Method of Discussion (meeting or video call with each other) 3. Routine of Meeting 4. Division of the tasks 5. Promotion (via poster, scout.org, media social) 6. Souvenir 7. Collection Box 8. Target of participants We need to separate the task so everyone has the duty to do the task. We plan the time schedule so we can do our project as scheduled. Hope we can achieve our target on next meeting.
