Salam Pengakap! For friend knowledge, our project name is WalkSide by Rovs Project. To make this project a success we need to collect 500 thousand bottle caps. This project is located in PERKAMPUNGAN ORANG ASLI, BATU 16, ULU GOMBAK. Tonight was a first meeting for discuss about the project at BP House . Which is , we will collect 500 thousand of bottles cap for the project. I cannot join the meeting at BP House but I join the meeting through a video call and we discuss to collect a bottle cap from a beach cleaning, road cleaning, road tour, school campaign media social , international collaboration and many way we discuss to collect the bottle cap. We also discuss to divide a task how to collect and arrange the schedule for the next encounter. We need to schedule the meeting to easy everyone alert and can join the meeting. We use two method of discussion through meeting and also through a video call . Like this night, I join the discussion with the video call . This meeting will be routine every week. Which is just once a week for update progress the project. We also discuss about how to promote about this project and attract the society to take a part with us do this project.
