Odisha is the land of culture and Rama Navami is one of them. It is being celebrated every year. Our motto is Service. Getting inspiration from this the Rovers & Rangers of Odisha State Bharat Scouts & Guides rendered their services in the RAM NAVAMI on Dt. 17.04.2024.
80 nos. of Rovers & Rangers from different parts of Odisha were gathered at SHQrs. for RAMA NAVAMI Service Camp. They were divided into groups and allotted different duties such as Distribution of Curd Water, Cleaning the temple premises and outside, controlling the public rush, Traffic Control, etc. Then they proceeded towards the RAM Mandir with Water Sprayer, Tent, Dustbin, and other necessities. They performed their duties successfully and were very much appreciated by the public.
The service was highly appreciated by the public. It was learned from the event that success can't be achieved without proper preparation, discipline, and leadership. God is there to help us but we need to help others first.
