Scouts Shaping Learning Spaces

Scouts and volunteers assessed classrooms, hallways, and school grounds, creating a plan to maximize efficiency. They worked in teams to sweep floors, scrub walls, arrange learning materials, and dispose of waste properly, applying design thinking principles of observation and workflow optimization.
Participants inspected and repaired broken furniture, fixed doors, and addressed minor facility issues. Teams ideated practical solutions to make the spaces more functional, prioritizing safety and accessibility while considering available resources.
The combined efforts of 12 Scouts and 3 adult leaders, guided by Scout Executive Evelyn A. Tamayo and Scout Leader Glessy Ann A. Baylon, fostered creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. The activity was further supported by parents and teachers, ensuring efficiency and resource availability. #LifeLeaders #ScoutPh #ScoutforSDGS
