The project is a collaborative idea and project of Lipa City Council Better World Framework Local Coordinators. the aim of this project is make a greater impact in the socity by collecting old and used things and scraps and turning it into school supplies to distributes it to the students in the last portion of the city. it covers also the vision of the three world program and that is to be a catalyst of change, environmental advocate and provider of sustainable project for all people.
