The Boy Scouts of the Philippines Bataan Council with Outfit 213 of MNHS-Cabcaben and the Barangay officials of Sitio San Lorenzo,Brgy.Cabcaben,Mariveles,Bataan conduct an Art Lesson for the Kids, coz we do believe art can make a difference And We agree that Involvement and Engagement are the key. Each child should feel that his art is taken seriously,understood,commented on and appreciated. It sometimes funny but remember the intention is serious. This is just a reminder that the World is full of wonder, mystery, and magic in the eyes of children. We should all learn to see the world through the eyes of children. We are the Scouts and We can make a Difference.
