Scout Leader Course (SLC)
I was inspired to organize this Scout Leaders Course to help new leaders develop essential leadership and teamwork skills. My goal was to provide them with proper training, confidence, and motivation to serve their communities and strengthen the scouting movement.
I executed my project by creating a detailed plan for the Scout Leaders Course. I coordinated with trainers, selected participants, and arranged the venue and materials. The course included interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical activities to build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills among the participants.
Throughout this project, I learned the importance of planning, teamwork, and effective communication. I realized that good coordination and time management are key to a successful event. I also learned how to handle challenges calmly and motivate others, which strengthened my leadership and problem-solving skills.
